Your account and profile
Your name, picture, nickname, and who can see them.
What is this page?
Account shows your picture, display name, email, nickname and profile visibility. Open it from the profile menu by selecting Account.
How do I change my details?
- On the Account page, select Edit Account.
- Update your Display name.
- To change your picture, paste the web address of an image into Photo URL. Uploading a photo from your device isn't available.
- Optionally set a Nickname (see below).
- Choose your Profile visibility.
- Select Save Changes.
Nickname and profile visibility
- Private — only you can see your profile (the default). In groups, other members see your nickname rather than your real name — unless they're a group admin.
- Public — others can look you up. Other members see your real name and picture.
- If you don't set a nickname, Weeesh gives you a friendly generated one, like "Jolly Otter". Your Account page shows which one you have.
Note: When you share a list with someone, you see their name and email on your Share page.
